We hope that you enjoy your Innersense experience. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with you interent purchase you can return it for exchange or refund. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipment.

Here's how:

- Please contact our Customer Service Department at (925) 946-0476 to recieve a return/exchange authorization number. Our CS Team is available Monday through Thursday 9:00 - 5:00 PST.

- Please make sure to print the RA number on your invoice or packing slip. All returns MUST include the RA number.

- Return the product along with the original invoice or packing slip, RA#, and a statement of the reason for the return and whether you prefer an exchange or credit to: Innersense Organic Beauty, LLC; 675 Ygnacio Valley Road: Walnut Creek, CA 94596. Because we sell in a variety of locations, you MUST include your invoice/packing slip.

- Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, Fedex, USPS Parcel Post). Keep your shipment receipt just in case the packaging is lost or damaged in transit. Innernsense cannot guarentee credit without confirmation of delivery.

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- All refunds via credit card will be posted within 14 days of receipt of product.
