Return Policy

You may return any item purchased from innersensebeauty.com (excluding Innersense cosmetic bag, all travel size/2 oz. products, and samples). Returns must be received within 21 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable. Refunds must be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your returned items have been processed and your refund has been issued. To return an item, repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include name and order number, and ship via insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to:
